We offer two different patch styles for you to choose from. Embroidered patches and woven patches are the options we make available on our website. Decide how much embroidery thread will be needed to achieve the look that you want on your patches. That will determine which option is best for your design.
Embroidered patches can be up to 75% embroidered or 76%-100% embroidered. Woven patches are 100% embroidered and ideal for very detailed designs. No mesh shows through on woven patch designs so keep that in mind when you’re ordering.

Request a quote and receive a digital file containing the custom artwork that we created for you in a digital file. Look everything over to make sure it meets your standards. Then, approve everything and pay for your order in full.
