Our typical production time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the design. We manufacture as quickly as possible to bring your custom products to life!

What is the minimum number of patches that I can order?

Our minimum quantity to order is 100 (per design).
We also offer as low as 50 patches (per design) but there is a $55.00 under-minimum fee, as well as an increase in cost per patch.
If you plan on reordering, you can save money by bulk ordering the first time, vs reordering throughout the year.

Do you guarantee your products?

Signature Patches backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of the defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this question, the term &ldquo;defect&rdquo; or &ldquo;defective&rdquo; means a manufacturing error.

What is the difference between a 75% thread patch and a 100% thread patch?

Do you know the difference between a 75% thread patch and a 100% thread patch? At first glance, you might not be able to distinguish between the two. After careful examination, however, you will see there is a distinct difference.
Here is how you can differentiate between the different thread counts:
At 75% thread there is going to be some area of the patch that will need to have mesh on it.
With 100% thread the patch will have 100% Rayon thread throughout the patch, and you won&rsquo;t feel mesh when you run your hand across the patch. (No mesh backing will show).

What is the PVC backing?

It is a Plastic protective coating that is applied to help support the patch. This patch type must be sewn on, and does not have iron on capabilities.

Do my patches have to have a border on them?

Yes, there are two types of borders. Merrow and Heat Cut.
Merrow is a border sewn up and around the patch edge. (Backwards C).
A Heat Cut border is die cut using heated scissors. This method seals the patch edge and keeps it from fraying.
Both borders are FREE with every order.

How effective is the iron-on backing?

Our Iron On Backing is very durable and adheres well to most fabrics. It does very well with standard washing machines and dryers. (50-70 wash and dry).

Is the peel-and-stick backing a permanent fix onto a clothing item?

No, it is only a temporary fix to a clothing item. It can be taken off and re applied to clothing items about 3-4 times before it starts losing its ability to stick. Then it&rsquo;s a sew on type of patch and still useable.

No, our artists create a custom design based on the ideas and image references you send us. The more details and notes you send us the better. A full color digital proof is sent to your email within 48 hours. If you&rsquo;re not happy with the custom patch design, simply request a revision and we will happily make changes until you&rsquo;re happy with the patch design.

You will be directed to a checkout page, provide shipping information and choose your preferred method of payment.

Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. If one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it (at no additional charge to you).
